Hi all, new member here! So I've had it on my mind since before purchasing my Alphard (nearly 3yrs ago now) that I was going to change the head unit over as I need my music. Still not done it yet though as I've struggled with the amount of info out there regarding if it should or shouldn't be changed due to the hybrid features on the original. I've finally decided I'm not in need of the hybrid info screen so I'm finally ready to take the plunge. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for Tesla style head units and also if anyone has found a way of monitoring hybrid features through a third party app or anything?

Hello Chris,

Welcome to the Forum

I have it in mind to fit a mini digital receiver/radio on dash somewhere. A digital aerial on the windscreen. The  digital signal will come in and the idea isit will be picked up and transfered to the FM in the Alphard. Then you can have the best of both. I have bought everything I need, Just not gotten round to fitting it up yet. The system worked on an old Estima I used to have. I must get round to it. I miss Radio 4. Radio 2 I am getting used to

Ah see I need my Spotify! Years of playlists and I can't stand listening to chitchat between songs. It's ok listening to a podcast or audio book but not between my songs!
