I have a TOMS ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROLLER LTSIII FOR TOYOTA VELLFIRE GGH2 ANH2 ATH20W 22037-TS003 in my 2013 TOYOTA VELLFIRE Gazoo Sport Edition, but it does not come on.  Does anyone know if there is a fuse for this unit?  I cannot locate the main box for it, I can only see the display next to the instrument cluster.  There is no power coming to it.  Any advice welcome.
