I have just recently purchased a 3 litre 2006 Toyota Alphard V camper conversion. On my second outing a female Japanese voice sounded with a short sentence about 5 times. Not a clue what was being said but decided to check my tyre pressures. Afterwards it didn't happen again. Maybe I just got lucky.

Hi.

Do you know how to switch this off?

It is happening on every trip. Just been out and the voice was speaking every 3-4 seconds at one point. It must be built in somewhere as it still sounds when my audio system is switched off. Any help much appreciated.

No, I don't.

Mine only greets the driver, and warns when the sonic sensors operate (by which time you will be almost TOO close.

I have the facelift and the sensing distances can be altered somewhat.

Do you have the automatic Toll collecting system fitted ?
