Bonnet alarm Switch???

I’m trying to figure out if the part that’s loose near the latch of the bonnet is is the alarm sensor or not?, I have a 2003 Alphard 2.4, if so, can I just detach it for now?..any help appreciated 👍IMG_9948.thumb.jpeg.c3c1f8ba59ce1aef18b5b0c38aa74aee.jpeg

Not too sure about the 10 series. 

The 20 series alarm latch is incorporated in to the latch itself. 

That looks aftermarket.

 

Do you have an alarm fitted? It was a dealer option
