I have a 2012 Alphard, when I pressed the power button the rear screen would come down and everything worked, now the screen doesn’t come down, everything lights up and works, but no sound. Fuses ok, all connectors to amp are tight, anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

Bypassed roof monitor and now have sound👍

On another matter, has anyone had problems with the paint flaking off when the temperature drops below minus 5?  The paints coming off different parts of the roof and rear door, no signs of the car having been painted at anytime.

White paint had a batch issue. Paint was mixed in America and caused recall.

Unfortunately, as an import, and being outside the recall window, we are stuffed.

It affected pretty much so Toyota with this white paint for a few years either side of 2010
