Hi,

I'm Anthony and I'm a prospective 8 seater owner.

I've been looking at Nissan Elgrands, Honda Stepwagons and Toyotas and haven't decided yet.

I met up with Adrian from Winchester imports who had a lovely Vellfire in stock.

It was 7 seat and I would like the option to use 8 seats occasionally so if you can retro-fit the middle seat I'm open to that.

Looking to read through the various post in the name of research :D

Hello Anthony,

I can only speak of the earlier model, Gen 1, pre 2008.

The seven seater and eight seater sit on different rails.

The seven uses 4 rails, the eight seater uses five.

Of course, this may not be true for the later models, so you need to check carefully.
