Hi when I push the electric button for the rear hatch to close. It closes then immediately opens up again. Any suggestions why this might happen. Is there a setting that needs changing. Also the car auto locks every time we get in it and start the engine again is there a setting change for this. My hand manual is obviously in Japanese. So no help there. We have a 2007 alphard. Thanks. 

I have had that happen on hot days when the pressure in the gas struts has been just too high for the automatic close to overcome them.
