Hi,  I've got a 2005 Toyota Alphard, 3L engine  (imported 2021) mileage 70k . I'm struggling to find a garage in Devon (Torbay) willing to fit a new cambelt and water pump. I'd be grateful for any garage  recommendations and cost advice - Snows Exeter did get back to me with a pricey quote but I may not have a choice!

Hello Helen,

Welcome to the Forum.

Snows Torbay quoted me; £800, at a guess.

3 or 4 years ago.

I am told, the garage opposite the car park for South Devon College, in Paignton, will work on Alphies.

hello helen yor profile says 2.4 but you say you have a 3.0 which is correct because 2.4 is chain driven and dont have a cambelt

Thanks I must have selected the wrong sub heading it's a 3L V6
