Hi all I need some tech advice, I am going to replace my head unit and install the cruise control, I plan to disconnect the neutral on the battery to disable the air bag, my question is will it result in any issues once I reconnect?

I have changed my 12v battery and didn't have any issues apart from resetting the clock and the electric windows.

 

hello stephen is correct it will be just the windows and clock there is help video on the forum on how to reset the windows easy to do

Thanks for the replies, unfortunately the stereo didn't fit anyway as the connections were all wrong

you need the iso conversion kit gary with hybrids any problems it works with the factory radio so if you change to the aftermarket radio you will loose these features .

Iso conversion kit? The new stereo had 3 totally different plugs to the 5 on the main harness used on the original stereo
