One of the rear room light bulbs on my AH10 has failed. How do I get access to it? Tried (gingerly) removing the lens and the whole body but neither seemed to be the way in.

I forgot to mention that the base stays in the lining only the top part is removed to access bulbs

My original reply did not get through here It is again

What a coincidence I am currently in the process of changing all the interior room light bulbs to led ones as the current ones get very hot and led do not get hot at all and won't drain the battery as much when parked up . To get access to the bulbs use a very small flat screwdriver and insert it in the side opposite the switch between the base and the top and there is a small catch in there that the tip of the screwdriver releases to enable that side free and the rest of the top them comes out too, then the bulb is found by half turn bulb holder
Bit fiddly but keep trying and it will come out.
