The engine block, or part of the hybrid system ?

smurf Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago The most likely common failure point on the coolant system is a plastic T piece around the back of the engine. Unless you can actually see coolant leaking out of the block, I would investigate that first.
Picasso Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Hello steve worth a go get a bottle of k-seal and put it direct in the radiator let the engine run for 10 minuits this stuff is brilliantit fills any small holes in metal you got nothing to loose trying it bmw used to put a bottle in every new engine built its great stuff almost works straight away i carry a bottle incase of emergencys
smurf Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Personally I wouldn't jump to use a liquid sealant before knowing what the issue is, as once that stuff is in there sealing holes it can seal any hole including ones there by design. If BMW really did put it in new engines I think they need to review their design and manufacturing processes if they couldn't get them to hold in coolant 🤣.
