front bumper missing bracket

Hi Everyone,

I believe I am missing a bracket of some kind from where the front bumper meets the body of the vehicle. Can anyone help. Photo attached.

Welcome David there is a bracket behind there I broke mine ages ago and bought replacement from Toyota not expensive if you pm me your reg no. I will give you a part no. And a picture

David the part no. Is.  5211558010 just go local Toyota give them part no. No more than £30

This happened to me. All I had to do is push the sticking out bumper hard and it clicked back into it's original position. You might need to thump it with your fist as I once had to do.

For anyone who is interested, I eventually sorted said problem.

 

Very simply there is a nut with a washer attachment - see parts diagram PNC 52161F - that holds part of the bumper in place. This just needed loosening slightly, the bumper was then slid back into its correct position with the nut then being tightened.
