Head unit fountain of knowledge

Hi guys and gals, who is the person to speak to about Japanese head unit connections?

    I have a Fujitsu ten 346 HDD/dvd/SD head unit and I was hoping to swap to the TOYOTA vellfire 2009 DBA-GGH25W Car Navigation 8610058042 [Used] [PA68007837] head unit but when I went to connect the wiring harness was totally different, I need to find what does what and if the is an adapter that can make it work

     If anyone can help with any of this I would be grateful
