Hello fellow users

I wanted give you all a heads up about my misadventure with Yoshi Parts. They were the only ones who had my struts in stock, so I had no choice but to use them. Little did I know they were such amateurs at packaging up parts before shipping them. There was next to zero dunnage in the boxes and both (i ordered a pair) strut boxes were tapped together. The result after being shipped from Japan to Canada? The struts broke through the box at various points, and as a result I received dented and scratched parts. I brought this up with them and sent pictures. They compensated me with a 15% refund that didn't even cover the shipping. I replied that the shipping should be fully covered and the discount should be applied to the parts themselves. I was ignored.

They're clearly a trusted source for parts, but you should pro-actively instruct them to protect the parts (especially heavier ones) with adequate dunnage before shipping them halfway around the world.

Cheers, and I hope this helps prevent damaged parts from arriving at your doorstep.
