Have managed to conect my phone via Bluetooth tooth works okay but cant get sound from satnav on phone to play through system and won't play sound on phone whilst connected to system obviously I am missing something very obvious any thoughts or help thanks in advance

    The original headunit has two separate Bluetooth connections, one for phone/WhatsApp/Microsoft teams etc, and one for media such as streaming radio.

    The satnav uses the media Bluetooth connection
