I have been waiting six months now for a replacement Toyota hybrid battery. Are others finding similar? How do I escalate this?

    Hello Bruce is it the small starter battery or the main hybrid one if it’s the small starter pm me your vin no. As I have a friend in Toyota parts department will find out for you
