O2 sensor

Featured Replies

Hi I have an engine light on in my 2003 alphard 3 litre. I purchased a new one from amazon but my mechanic says it is wrong one. Also he says that it is a major job to remove old one. Anyone have any experience of this?

Thanks

Which one? There are 4.

One on each manifold, so one on the radiator side which is easy enough, 2 on the catalytic converter, and 1 on the bulkhead side manifold.

Without saying which sensor, the mechanic really cannot say it is difficult.

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply. It's on Bank 1 upstream.

• Bank 1 (Rear/Firewall): Tovota OEM 89467-48011

• Denso Equivalent: 234-9009

The one I ordered was incorrect.

This is the info I got from ai search.

I didn't realise on the 3 litre there were 4!

Does this part look right?

Thanks

Gerry

That reference seems to be a Highlander.

Isn't it one of the parts listed here?
