Need help programming key

Hi guys, i have a 2002 Mnh10 V6 Alphard MS model, when i got the vehicle i only got 1 key that looks like the service key, i believe it should have a 2 button key. Anyway i bought a new 3 button key, its programmed, starts the vehicle, also locks and unlocks the doors, but unfortunately the windows does not roll down or up when i press and keep the button in, can anyone guide me as to how to program the windows please. attached is a photo of the new key i got. thanks in advance

    Most likelly you will need Techstream, toyota software to enable this option.
