Replacing Series 10 front camera with after market

I am wanting to replace the original front camera (series 10) with an after market one using the original wiring and head unit. I understand I need to splice in a 6v -12v adaptor to power the new one. Has anyone attempted this and is there a wiring diagram available for the original camera? If the original camera has 2x feeds can I run 2x new cameras? cheers
