Normal MAF and lambda values for 2.4 WOT pull ?

I am dealing with a very pernicious P0171 issue on our Alphy - been through heaps of diag and fired the parts cannon twice to no effect unfortunately!

Wondering if anyone here with a healthy 2AZ (and scan tool!) could possibly tell me their typical peak MAF g/s on a WOT acceleration please, and what the reported lambda is at that peak MAF?

Ours maxes out just shy of 100g/s with a lambda about 1.05~1.1.

Just because I know someone will ask, fuel trims at idle are bang on 0%, but even a gentle load and they are off to the moon, 25%+. WOT is of course open loop so I'm ignoring the trims but alarmed by the lean condition.
