  1. Thank you, yes I think you're right, ill give that one a miss. I do like the Alphard, i am concerned about fuel consumption but am assuming 25 to 30 mpg. Aiming for the 2.4 litre as id rather not have a cambelt. Its the camper conversion I'm looking for and the more i research the more I like them.
  2. I would be most grateful for some general advice, we are looking at a 2008 Alphard 2.4L petrol Auto camper with 97.5k miles on the clock. It looks lovely and seems to be exactly what we want but I know nothing of these vehicles, although I have researched the forums. Any advice / guidance of what to look for and check would be most appreciated. In particular:- Its done 97.5k miles, what sort of mileage are the engines / running gear capable of and what key maintenance should have been done, ie cambelt (?), gearbox fluid change etc etc. What MPG can I expect overall, I've seen figures here ranging from 26 to 36. Will these run on normal E10 petrol, or do they need super E5. any general thoughts on them, I must say I'm pretty impressed by what I've seen. Many, many thanks in advance.
