Thank you so much. Is the the ebay item number? When I put it in eBay it brings a list of different batteries. The one appearing on the top says its compatible with Lexus only.

Hi everyone, I have recently imported an Alphard Hybrid 2362cc 2014 model. Unfortunately the battery is dead and it has a pressure sensor and an exhaust connector. I need to replace the battery. Can someone guide me where can I get this battery from as I have tried to find it and no one seems to have it. Also, can I replace it with a normal 12v 43ah battery as these are the specs of the current battery. If so what do I do about the pressure sensor and exhaust connector? I have attached some photos that might help. thank you so much for your help
