Warning lights help

in Toyota Alphard Hybrid (2002 - 2008)

Hi all. I have a similar issue with warning lights on 08 hybrid, servo asst isn't working and the foot operated park warning light and audio alarm won't go off. I've fitted new rear disks, shoes and pads and awaiting a jmd/obd sensor delivery today.

Any advice gratefully received.
