I am having a new speed sensor fitted next week. Is it OK to drive in the meantime?

I have a 2008 Toyota Alphard 2.4 litre. The fault light comes on after about 20mins driving. A recent diagnostic check suggests the speed sensor needs replacing. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks for this latest info. At present my Toyota Alphard is still a 7 seater as supplied. I will check with my insurer on any future modifications.

Seats and modules are removable and interchangeable. It's not a permanent conversion.
