  1. This is great thanks. If I can't get it running reliably on win10 or 11 then I can spin up an XP VM (or just use the online manual) Super useful anyway, cheers
  2. Thatbe great if you can. I haven't seen a workshop manual for the AH20
  3. Thanks, I did see that but was after chassis-specific information. Hopefully from someone who had done it on their own 20-series. I've replaced parts before using generic instructions from other models and clearance / order of operations can be quite different. For example, a filler neck replacement on a ford focus means dropping the subframe on some models, but not others
  4. Morning, Anyone done a water pump on their 2GR-FE? I'm looking at some higher milage 20 series cars which may (or may not) need water pumps around 100k miles. I see guides online for replacement, but in other chassis. I'm comfortable with spannering and have all sorts of work under my belt (suspension, aircon, timing belts etc) What am I up against if I need to DIY replace the pump?
  5. We loved one, but decided against it. The other was OK, but the fixed-armrest chairs were a total pain for our child seat
  6. Thanks for the welcome We went to Stuart Spencer and New Acre yesterday to view 2 cars (I think those were both reccomendations of yours from this forum actually)
  7. Hi there, We're new and looking for a 7 seat Alphard / Vellfire 3.5 with the light cloth interior and no fixed armrests in the back. I've heard that's a less popular option. Have been to two of the usual reccomended places (ssautos and New Acre). We've only been looking a few weeks, but have viewed a couple of cars so far. Lovely cars, and would have picked one up if not for minor niggles / history issues. Will be carrying on looking, and hope to pick one up soon. Happy to be here and am enjoying the useful info
