  1. Hi everyone, I've got left and right middle section rear lights available. Good condition, no cracks or chips. (the drivers side reverse light bulb holder has been modified so a fog light can fit, I can include the bulb and fitting if you want/need it) £150 or nearest offer and I'm happy to post them to you 👍 Cheers
  2. Hi everyone. I've got a pair of rear Tein s.tech soft springs for sale. Brand new, not used. Will slightly lower the ride height at the back. They fit onto the OEM shock absorbers for the ANH10W and MNH10W. The kit is £200 new, I'm only selling the rear springs so I'd like £100 and I will pay the postage to you. Many thanks
  3. I've contacted a lot of breakers including companies specialising in Japanese cars but nobody seems to have a face-lift bumper in pearl white, there are some available in different colours but I'd prefer not to respray the bumper and just do a straight swap.
  4. My local motor parts store does touch up kits/ paint mixed in tins ready for a spray gun or they can make them ready to go in a spray can, I'm sure other places will do that too. But if you're struggling then search on ebay, type in the paint code and results should appear with choices of tins or spray cans. (Also if the spray can doesn't come with a fan spray pattern nozzle make sure to try and get hold of one, it really helps to get a better finish)
  5. Hi David, you can sand and respray yourself with a spray can. You can apply primer after sanding with 320s paper or 400s, then sand the primer ready for paint colour. Remove the mirror from the car and mask off the mirror glass. You can get a decent result with a spray can if you're willing to wet flat the paint after and then lacquer on top. But if your alphard is pearl white paint then to buy the paint in spray cans is actually a bit expensive due to the pearl and it's a 2 part spray job, In a proper bodyshop would be a 3 part spray job.
  6. Yeah try meguiars headlight kit first, if that doesn't work then go at them with wet flatting papers. Use loads of warm soapy water, keep the headlight wet and the paper wet and keep cleaning as well. Sanding from 400, then 600, 800, 1000 and finally 2000 grit paper, after the 2000s paper you can begin polishing. (Or you can spray with lacquer after 2000 grit) You can polish by hand but best result is with a machine buffer and use a cutting compound to remove the fine scratches then use some normal wax on top to finish and help protect.
  7. Hi everyone, I picked up my first alphard and it only came with 1 key, the grey key which I think is meant to be the spare key. I'm unlocking the car with the key in the drivers door lock, all the other doors unlock at the same time so central locking is working and knowing imports/Japanese cars I'm sure these vehicles came with all the extras including a remote central locking key fob and 2 keys. I know I can get a new key cut then i'll have a spare key but can anyone suggest or link me to a decent key fob I can use? either one that I can program or is it OK to use an original toyota key fob from another car? I'm thinking a fob from another toyota might be interchangeable and can work if reprogrammed? Many thanks Andrew
  8. Hi everyone, I've recently got my first Alphard and I'm currently fixing a few issues and would like a face-lift front bumper to fit 2003, in pearl white paint I'm willing to travel to collect it or pay for postage. Cheers Andrew
