Please excuse my ignorance Lee, but would this gismo diagnose the cause of intermittent AFS light coming on and dipped beam seeming a bit low?

I'm sure New Acre cars in Evesham supply the tailored foam package, certainly for 8-seaters. You'd have to ask them about 7-seaters.

I loosened the bumper to fit new fog lights. The wheel arch liner pops out easily and other clips and bolts are easy to spot. You should be able to get your hand in to do the fix.

Paul at Newacre cars has a good reputation in my experience for supplying good motors and providing support post sale. I'd recommend a visit and chat with Paul. It's worth the drive to Evesham!

I agree about the door colour. Also one of the (seven??) reversing sensors seems to be in a dimple which could indicate accident damage.

Surely not seven sensors across the back bumper?

Inspired by paint jobs seen at Gaydon, I have just had the lower third(ish) wrapped with "Anthracite". Soooo pleased with the result - it really enhances the van IMHO.

Cost was £700 and it took 2 days. 5 hours just for the front bumper due to the contours. I checked with insurance (A Flux) and no extra cost to the premium.

Got to show it off, please forgive my indulgence! Here are some pics:

I had a screen DAB aerial fitted along with new head unit. Reception was rubbish, so now have a roof "stick" aerial which is loads better.

My AFS light flashes but it's intermittent. Ever since I had a slight bump to the rear bumper. It kindly stayed off for the MOT last week. I'd like to check out the sensor/levelling bar and keen to know where you sourced them please, Trev.

Absolutely agree you have to reverse the middle seats. 

My only gripe is I'd like to fold the backs of the front seats more forwards towards the dash rather than stop in the upright position. So I can recline with a good book (or someone who's read one) before going to sleep!

Same with me. It seemed to start when a bad-minded bollard hit the rear bumper and tailgate just to the left of the exhaust pipe causing a dent.

Coincidence? Mm, I don't think so. I have put the fault code reader on it and nothing shows up. Where is / are the sensor(s) located?

Yes, thanks from my daughter Lia (ex-teenager) and me for organising the meet. Wasn't sure what Lia would make of it but she enjoyed seeing all the variations and pimping, and even all those awful British cars in the museum!!!

I now understand I need to fit 55w resistors (no idea how to do that - just wanted a simple, straight LED bulb replacement!)

I've just fitted a pair of

WY21W Amber (585) 7440 (12V-24V) 7* 3030 SMD Canbus LED Bulbs 3000K Car Indicator

to the rear of my van (still have normal bulbs in front). The hazards flash at normal speed, but L / R turn indicators are flashing at double speed. Is this correct please??

I'd dearly love to be able to move the front seats forward a tad, or just tilt the backrests a tad further forward to accommodate our mattress when rear seats are folded down (rear conversion).

Does anyone know if there's a way to do this please, eg by somehow removing a seat runner stop ?

Just an update: I tested my battery as suggested. All seemed ok. So I put shiny new terminal connections on and the problem has not recurred so far .....

Could it be related to ABS? Mine was faulty and the AFS light came on flashing. It stopped flashing when ABS was fixed. Just a thought.
