  1. This is the key fob you should have its also a smart key for keyless entry the bottom button near key ring is the tailgate button
  2. Mine has powered tailgate I can open and close with the remote same button on remote opens and closes tailgate.
  3. chris have a low coolant alarm fitted thats what i had done so next time water drops to a certain level a led light shows on the dash or if you dont see it a buzzer goes off

  5. Hi normally the transmission cooler is part of the coolant radiator if you give me your chassis number or reg I will confirm for you
  6. I would get the speedo chip checked behind the speedo sounds like it's a bad connection some fitters use connectors on the wires when really they are supposed to be soldered .

I am with the rac I pay £9.50 a month for that I'm covered for unlimited breakdowns as long its not the same problem as before also home start and recovered anywhere in uk if vehicle can not be fixed I get 7 day free car hire .I have all ready used it once only thing I would say is due to the weight of the alphard you can not be towed so I had to wait for a low loader to be transported home .

I know thread old now but I was having same problem p0174 and p0171 I changed maff sensor aftermarket this made it worse I was told by the garage I bought alphard off never put aftermarket maff sensors on so I purchased a genuine one from toyota cost £107.00 all in with shipping if you buy direct from toyota UK you will pay £185.00 + vat so a big saving if you want to know where I got it from pm me. By the way both codes relate to same fault maff sensor mine all sorted now.
  17. The good thing about it is I have a program that can convert oe numbers to like blueprint numbers this program is not free but if you give me the nos I can do them for you .

  20. Yes it's the lpg gas gauge same as mine you can press it to switch between gas or petrol .
  21. Looks a lovely conversion but if I remember nma only do 2.4 engines which is only a 4 speed gear box i personally be looking at a 3.0 which is 5 speed and a bit more power .
