Morning all: regarding the above. We’ve just bought our van from JAL, had a mushroom roof fitted but I am struggling on how we can fit the awning. The roof itself is close to the black strip which in turn is above the door. Have been in touch with Phil @ JAL and he’s come back with ‘use Magnetic Hooks from EBay ‘ Not the answer i was expecting as you can imagine. I’m all ears for any suggestions . No worries; it is a flat roof but hinged along the driver side so you get more head space inside , more than a pop up

Hello out there. We have just bought our first Alphard , so now we are looking to fit some extras like a awning. We have had fitted a mushroom roof, and I was wandering what is the best awning if you have this fitted. If one is bought with straps, this would not happen if the roof is up etc, plus to have a awning rail fitted etc, it would seem very close to the roof: any suggestions/ ideas would be very much appreciated many thanks Dave Lunt

Hello, we have just bought our first Alphard and are delighted . Has anyone got any information regarding where to buy Black out blinds, or any kind of blind. I could go down the usual routes on Google etc, but I firmly believe going down the word of mouth route would be more informative Hope someone can help Many thanks Dave Lunt
