    Sliding side door problem

    I have a 2003 alphard and the side sliding door has developed a problem whilst the battery was flat. The easy close mechanism closes the door and then opens it at the rear catch after about 3 seconds. Anyone know how to reset it or fix? I dont have fully powered doors just the easy close last few cms and there are no "door" buttons on the dashboard. Or can someone recommend a good mechanic in north west Carlisle area. Thanks.
