  1. Hi All, we have just got a new puppy and with the rainy season now with us would like to fit seat covers to our 2005 Alphard, has any one got advice to which make/type is best? Many Thanks. Clive and Lene.
  2. Agree with Gordon ref lever and silicon spray lubricant/grease. Be aware WD40 is a very mild lubricant but mainly a water dispersant/cleaner, it can have very bad effects on plastics/rubber:- swelling/rotting/perishing...
  3. Last year after a holiday in the Lake District we started to notice that the braking of our Alphard was deteriorating to the point of being dangerous. Took van into our garage to look at, Mitsi Art Portsmouth, who found that the brake assist unit was failing, they sourced and fitted a 2nd hand unit and now brakes operate as they should. I would suggest as per previous entries you get your van checked.
  4. Hi Alasdair, will look into it and get back to you, may take a few days, Regards, Clive.
  5. Hi Alasdair, I have changed all the internal lights over to LED's, so if they get left on they don't drain the battery or get hot/melt. What do you actually mean by room light? Regards, Clive
  6. Hi Mike, Managed to do the same but just by removing the top trim on the tailgate using very long nosed pliers with angled end. have replaced all the T10 incandescent lamps with led can bus lamps, can send you the link if you want. Cheers, Clive
