Any updates on this? My '06 3.0L has standard cruise control (i.e. not adaptive) so doesn't have the distance control module behind the instrument panel. Wiring diagrams for the '05 - '08 models seem to be difficult to find, so difficult to know which bit of the system is setting the cruise limit.

Thanks dezufo, I traced the wire back to the blue connector and confirmed with a probe.....

Oh yes, I forgot about import duty! The CD manual I found is ¥5000 (about £30) on Jauce so will end up nearly three times the price once all fees have been added! And it's in Japanese - not sure I can justify that now.

I found a 10 series CD-ROM manual (updated 2007) on Jauce and I'm tempted to take the plunge. It works out a tad under £60 when you add all the postage and commission fees. I guess I'm a bit wary of buying from a Japanese auction site but all the costs seem to be laid out and they appear to be geared up for international delivery.

When I said ‘forward’ I meant ‘at the front’. I’m not after dashcam functionality as I’ve already installed a Nextbase front/rear system. I really only want reversing camera which I know the Pioneer can do, but I just haven’t yet found where it is connected to the original head unit. No worries about blowing fuses…I have knowledge😉
