  1. No they weren't asked to cut the key. To the best of my knowledge they can supply keys. Ben programmed the key that I provided and the cost was £50.
  2. I got a spare key from Ebay using the link that Chris posted and Ben from North West Japanese Imports programmed it for me. Fully functioning and only 15 minutes from home. Would highly recommend
  3. Hi There, I have just bought an Alphard model ANH20 keyless entry which was supplied with only one key. Can anyone recommend where to obtain a spare and get it programmed to my car. i have made enquiries with several auto locksmiths without success the problem seems to be they don't have access to the Japanese frequency. I am based near Preston but willing to travel to get the job done.
