Hey All,4
Jumping on the back of this thread as I've been going through this process recently.
I've just recieved what I though was a replacement key for my 2005 alphard hybrid (first registration 2005-3) after my wife lost the internals of the original key in the supermarket car park (don't ask).
The key I purchased is a 314.3mhz fob with 4D-67 chip.
I've managed to program the transponder successfully using techstream and a cable (I can turn the car on with the old gutless key while holding the new chip next to the ignition) but cannot get the fob buttons to work to work the door locks after going through the in out close open rigmarole half a dozen times. I think I've got the wrong frequency having bought a 314.3mhz fob. I'm now pushing go on a 433 mhz key fob and will update when this arrives to advise if it's successful.
At this point I am of the opinion that the 05-3 model uses a 433mhz fob and a 4D-67 chip.
