John,
We looked behind the rear driver side wheel and found that the link rod between the suspension and the levelling sensor was broken.
So now we have to find a replacement link or maybe the whole assembly.

Hi Guys,
I've found the sensor behind the rear drivers side wheel.
Problem is broken link from sensor to suspension bar.
Anyone know the correct part number for a replacement.
I assume it is easy to fit with spanner, socket set, etc!
Thanks for the rapid reply.
I didn't even know we had such a sensor before the recent forum post.
So where do I actually look and what does it look like?
Or is there a web link to this I can use to save bothering you?
Regards,
Peter D.
BTW we have just had four new tyres fitted.
Hi John,
I am interested in how your investigations turn out. Our Alphard Hybrid has just had 4 new tyres fitted and the Headlight auto levelling light has come on.
I didn't even know that headlight auto levelling was a thing - our everyday car (Honda Jazz) has a little control to adjust main beam high manually.
Our Alphard "support", CampervanCo Scotland have gone into liquidation so we don't have anyone to go to locally to ask about such things.
