  1. Will do: thanks again to all who offered advice.
  2. Thanks to all. I will investigate further....
  3. I have just bought a 2006 Alphard which has been (side) converted to a camper. Neither rear windows (forming part of the sliding doors) work and the vendor told me that the company that converted the vehicle in 2020 had deactivated them as part of the conversion. I felt that the vendor was absolutely honest in his dealings with me and I do not doubt what he told me. I am puzzled as to why the convertor would have disabled these windows. The powered doors open normally. The front windows open normally. I wondered if someone could speculate as to how the convertor might have deactivated the windows so that I can try to remedy the situation. I have tried to identify a fuse might have been removed to stop the windows working but with no success to date. Please move this topic to the Alphard camper forum if appropriate. Thank you.
