My local Toyota garage found me the exact like for like 12 battery for around £235. Panasonic. Battery voltage without car start is around 11.7v

hmmm...it's quite possible. But how do I resolve this issue now that I have already replaced the the original battery?

Battery bought direct from Toyota after providing Chassis number. So, its like for like.

Battery is brand new, but still getting warning lights on dashboard. Could battery heat sensor be faulty?

I installed a new battery recently, genuine Panasonic one....I'm getting similar alerts on dashboard, all pop up at same time. I can get rid of them by disconnecting battery for 2 mins. But they re-appear after a couple of days, and then electric motor doesn't kick in...only petrol engine works. Any thoughts plz?

Hi, I replaced a new 12v battery in my 2012 model Velfire. After a couple of days 4 warning lights came on whilst I was driving (plz see photo). At the same time various things stopped working, like Cruise control, only petrol engine operational. I disconnected battery for 1 min and everything started working normally. But it has happened again 3 days later.. Has anyone else had this? What could be the issue? Only started after new 12v battery was installed.

Battery had died on my Velfire, took it out to charge but then boot got locked. I can open other doors with key but other issue is that I have a bed loaded at the back, so can't access battery area from side doors. Really need to open the boot door somehow. Would be grateful for any advice.
