  4. Good day Andy I’m new to the club and have bought a Alphard 2012 hybrid and just getting to know it. I have a garage that is happy to work on it but are unable to connect to the hybrid system they tell me it’s the only make that they have had this problem. So check that your man can. The mileage on yours seems low mine has done 78000 miles. Good to drive once you get use to it. Good luck Brian.

They have the kit to test hybrid’s but it will not connect to the Alphard!! I’ve had a local auto electrician look at the problem with the window switches on the drives door that will not work and will not reset as they should unable to fix. Will give the garage in Pool a try. The Portsmouth garage I am using are Smith & Co Tel 02392 170040 Unit D Highgrove industrial Park Portsmouth PO3 5QQ
