Does anyone know the procedure for removing the Driver's side front wing?

I'm  now being offered some options:

0307-0503

0504-1111

1112-1310

1311-

Do these codes mean anything to you?

If so, that's why. There is some precomms handshake that goes on that will partially identify the alphard, trying to preconfigure the software will just cause frustration.

It's been connected to the car with the ignition on but without the engine running. Planning to have another go later today...Will let you know my progress!

I'm on 18, I rebooted it all, had a fiddle and seems to be seeing alphards now, fingers crossed for tomorrow...

I've now put techstteam on Windows XP and after following your advice have got it working! Problem now is it isn't recognising Alphard...any suggestions?

Just installed Techstream on Windows 10, just keep getting error code, says it can't find my VIM. Ran a check on the lead and all the channels show as red NG...if anyone has any suggestions [2004 model].

Did you ever find a dianostics system for hybrid 2004?
