  1. Evening everyone help help with my automatic box i can drive the car around town fine but if I need to on motorway or carriageway the car jumps getting into gear done a fluid and filter change. Scanned the the car and it saying shift solenoid E control circuit high any idea what this could be ?
  2. Hi everyone I need help my passenger sliding door got stuck in managed to close it but now open a little bit then close and making grinding noise. Check to see what it is and noticed the cable the sit under the window on outside is splitting. How do u change that and is it hard and where do u get parts from. Could anyone help please

  6. I'm all new to the alphard seen what is the face-lift model there can't be much difference in emissions between the 2 tho I can't get a coc for mine as there no that can help at all
  7. Mine doesn't pass as it a 2005 model but doesn't make sense as it the same v6 engine that in a 2006 model
  8. You won't get a coc from Toyota head office I've been trying to get one from them and won't help as they are saying they got no information on japanese imported vehicles and I'm Struggling to find out where to get one.
  9. He said to remove it all and use it as a manual cos it to expensive to fix I have found one on ebay second hand for 169.00 the I need to try and strip the door and see what happening it could just need clean and lub up I hope
  10. Thanks for that I phoned them and he reckons its the cable and motor has gone
  11. So fitted new battery today and offside rear sliding door and now it's just stopped again and just beeps when I press the button

  13. I've got the fronts to open and close but not rear and I haven't tried sunroof I just hope I brought a bad alphard
  14. Afternoon member I've tested my battery and its reading 14volts but only 12.1 amps so needs to be changed just want to know what battery everyone using with the electric sliding doors. Do I stick with the standard flooded battery or go for an efb or agm battery ?

  16. I thought I disable the windows fro. The switch but it wasn't on so I'm so confused on what it could be now and it's annoying me

  19. Hi been looking on the forum but can't seem to find anyone got same problem as I've got. Yes I have the smart lock. Something new tried to open the door wouldn't open still but when to drive and the back of the sliding door was open abit like I could fit my hands in there.
  20. 8Hi thanks for your reply I disconnected the battery and it started to work but it stopped again and I'm using the button on the right side of the steering wheel and it won't open manually at all have no idea where to start. Will check battery but was told it was a new battery
  21. Hi I'm new to the club and the Toyota alphard seen l. I just picked up my alphard yesterday afternoon and everything with a car was fine just offside sliding door has stop working I discorrect the battery and the door started to work from the button and from the door handle and now its stopped working again. I press the button and it makes the beeping sound but won't open and won't open by the outside handle even if I turn the power sliding mode off. Could anyone help with what the problem could be its so frustrating?
