    Hi, I'm having same issue with one of mine Alphard with 18 speakers system, what I've found out so far is, it's to do with rear top screen module which is inside the screen and something to do with wiring and amp not getting activated hence no osound, it can be fixed, I've spoken with Ben Hau who's based in B-ham he can fix it for the cost of £280.
