  1. Yeah that was all done in Japan pre-import alongside swaybar bushes, as the car was previously a VIP build over there on coilovers and wider alloys. My best guess is that the extra stress from the stiffer suspension must’ve worn out the bushes in the upper part of the steering column , but can’t seem to find much info on replacing it. Would it be easier to just have the upper steering assembly replaced or would you be able to recommend a specialist nearby. It’s a ANH20 model but we’ve yet to register it in the UK
  2. Hi, I’ve recently imported a 2010 vellfire, however there is a slight knocking sound when travelling over small bumps at lower speeds (sub 20miles, more pronounced when going over bumps on the driver side), it sounds as though it is coming from the upper steering column. It doesn’t affect the steering of the car in anyway simply just makes a noise. I’ve already replaced the steering damper bush (although the original one was in good condition) as well as the driver side ball joint due to a tear. Any help would be greatly appreciated in diagnosing this (based in York) IMG_1337.mov
