Hi, I'm collecting my first Alphard today. AH10 3.0 2007. I'm fitting a rear conversion this week. What do you recommend to use to make the bed as comfy as possible? I'm thinking of buying a topper. Can you get shaped cushion to fill the small dip? Simon
