    Hi, I'm having real issues here. Our November 2006 hybrid conversion is ULEZ compliant, no problem. However all the CAZ sites in England and Scotland say she isn’t. I’ve tried to find out why but nobody seems to know and I just get told I need to provide an emissions certificate, which I’m obviously not able to do. The daft thing is if I find an identical vehicle and put its registration in it says it’s ok. Any ideas?
