I have the same manual as Beverly if it helps the paragraph states as follows limited slip diff fitted vehicles do not fit the spare tyre to the rear wheel if a rear tyre is punctured fit the spare tyre to a front wheel and fit the front tyre to the rear wheel if the spare tyre is fitted to a rear wheel the lsd will operate constantly even during normal driving and the lsd will be damaged when a spare tyre is fitted the vehicle speed may not be detected correctly so the following systems may not work normally abs.    Brake assist.   Vsc and trc. Radar cruise control.   Lane monitoring system the following systems not only cannot operate properly but may have negative influence on the diving system parts also full time 4wd

  2. Hi, I am very happy to have been included in the Forum as I, with my partner (also a member) have just acquired a 2006 Alphard ( converted in 2021 by Calders).

    We are new to this but as an ex-mechanic, I am finding the forum extremely helpful as I am “old school”.

    Looking forward to reading and posting.
