I have a 2007 ANH10 with head unit changed to a Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB. However the reverse camera picture isn’t great, especially at night when it looks possibly like small scratches are scattering light from the reverse light to make it really hard to see. I’m assuming that the camera is the original unit, located just above the licence plate. The picture quality isn’t great during the day resolution/clarity-wise.
Is it possible to just replace the camera unit with a new one without changing the wiring?
If so, any recommendations for replacement camera models?
Advice on how to get to the camera to remove it would be appreciated?
