    Hello @Juan :)

Yep, still looking at this forum, and my emails (got notifications from quotes).

So take a look at the Pivot website just to verify if the plug&play harness is the very same between the GGH20 & the ANH20 (I guess but it's always better to verify).

So I asked directly the Pivot support, stating my situation, French import, only one in France, trying to get the correct model & harnesses for a 2009 GGH20, and they answered me (I don't paste the whole answer which was more complete, just the interesting part about parts) :

which are the correct parts for the GGH20.

Then I bought everything at blackhawkjapan.

Seeing there's no english manual, I asked the support for one, and they told me :

So I'm attaching in this post the supplementary picture.

Then I asked about the speed signal which seems to be on a 5P connector, they sent me the other attached picture which should be the correct one for you (as you probably don't have the cabling mess I have on mine).

So try that and if you have others problems, come back to me, I'll send you some others pics from them, otherwise you can just write to the Pivot support which is super nice & reactive.

    Hope this helps :)

Thanks @R4v3n, really appreciate your reply.

Yes, The Plug and play harness's are listed same for my ANH20 and also I confirmed it translating the Japanese version document for the 3DA-T.

LoL on the comment you made about 'cabling mess' , I am sure mine will be same . The fitter who installed the UK Radio head, made the comment that it was a nightmare, absolutely full of Aftermarket accessories and mods.! seems that's what our Japanese friends do !

I have contacted both Pivot and Blackhawk Japan, most likely I'll buy the kit from Blackhawk Japan. and I'll post back here on results of installation !,  but that may be several weeks.

I will PM you, with couple of questions I see already(particularly that image with speed signal written in red underneath has confused me) you as not to fill this thread with non value comments.

Once I have installed I'll update the thread later, but as said may be several weeks yet.

(open link in chrome and it will auto translate to english)

I see this device, can be purchased for about £150.

From what I understand from the manuals, this device sits between the regular cruise control and the ecu, it can use the existing control stalk to control it, and allows you to set the cruise control up to 86mph.

It also incorporates a throttle response controller to set how 'eco' or 'sporty' your throttle is under foot.

Its quite expensive, but if people are looking for a way to partially unlock the cruise control speed limiter (68mph - 118kph as standard) AND add a means to tune their throttle response, this may be a good compromise, rather than going the hacked ecu route!

Anyone have any thoughts or experience? this is a toyota specific model, which means plug and play, I can see wiring harnesses listed for 10 and 20 series vehicles.

Well, I ordered it from blackhawkjapan. Fast delivery.

I installed it with the help of the english install doc and some help from the Pivot Japan support by email. They are VERY fast to answer and they give you the good information in the adapted form (plan, annotated diagram, picture ...).

And it works perfectly with my Toyota Cruise Control lever. I'm able to cruise at 140km/h on the cluster (135/136 in reality with GPS).

The only "tricky" part in my opinion is the Speed Signal wire, behing the audio head unit. It seems there's a version with a 5P connector, but I don't have this one. Instead I took a picture of all my connectors and they sent me the information of the right wire on a 16P connector from my picture.

So it's not cheap, but it works and it's easier than finding the HEX value in a ECU dump, because I can't find anybody with a Damos file for JDM Alphard/Vellfire.

    Hi Both @Chris.ac and @R4v3n

Realise this thread is getting on a bit in age now , but I do hope you guys see this (Bit new to the forum so not sure how this one works)

Really happy to have come across you posts on this subject , after reading many threads on the subject.

@R4v3n I have a ANH20 Alphard 2012 with a stock Cruise control stalk, All works fine except of course restricted to 68mph 😒

Looks like this Pivot kit 3DA-T model is the solution for me too and I am super excited to try to get one.

I see you confirmed that it worked for you and you have a very similar van albeit a Vellfire

Wondered if you would be so kind as to share any details about the installation, hints tips photos or anything else ,,,,,, in particular the speed sensor wire. [I have already exchanged the Radio head unit over to a UK sourced Pioneer without Guidance... I do get, now and then, a speed sensor disconnect message on the Pioneer screen. so assume it was not connected to the radio head as no need(Also I read somewhere that this tends to be the practice when not needed)]

I can see the Japanese language Install and user guides PDF's on PIVOT website, but nothing is in English for the 3DA-T (Only 3DA has english). I don't really want to trust Google lens  to translate it!

Did PIVOT or Blackhawk Japan send you English materials ? could you share

Apologies for the long post hope you can help and by all means PM me
