Previously is using smaller rims now is a bigger rims. I've sent it for a check but the workshop claims that nothing wrong with the absorbers. But I just feel very bumpy when in the car.

Hi can I check with you guys if your Alphard Hybrid series 30 will be very uncomfortable on the road. I bought this 2023 car recently but even i chg the rims and tyres to 17" and bridgestone tyres 50 profile. I can feel every bumps and vibration on the road which makes the ride very uncomfortable and shaky. Can we do anything to improve or is this car faulty etc. Please help. Thank you.
