One way to find out if it's actually the t.v is the problem is to test it by bridging those wires. If it works then there's your problem. It's an expensive replacement and if I'm wrong and it's a speaker that's causing the issue or something else then you'd be at a loss. Are you still able to put the screen down through the radio?

Appreciated your input, will try it out. Thanks !

No, this is a fix to get only your audio back. What happens is over time condensation and normal ware of the components within the t.v unit stops working and hence it breaks a circuit within the amplifier, when this happens it causes the amplifier to think there is a fault within the whole system, speakers last longer and the first to go are the t.v units. So yes this is a common occurrence and fault with these systems. Apart from that this is the knowledge I have gathered ever since this has happened to me. Cheers and I hope this works for you.

Thanks, if I replaced an OEM roof top monitor, do you think the speakers will back to normal ?

Steps to remove the head unit is

1.Remove trim surrounding the t.v unit

2.remove the 4 shiny bolts and and lower t.v unit down.

    3. Locate and bridge brown connector as stated in the video. You can do this by using spare wires and just bridge them from the plug (female) side and ensure it is secured.

4.test and see if they work

    5. Out everything back and you should be sweet.

Thanks for your Input, I will try it out. It mean the roof monitor need to be replaced as well ?

Take apart OEM monitor, get the board, wrap in foam paper plug it back to the connectors 😃 only the board. That's how I get the sound back. And I swapped the headunit for an android system too..
