I'm after some advice about the best way to go about removing the seats and rails in my 1st Gen 2006 Alphard.

 

I have sold them and the job for the weekend is to get them all removed along with the rails, I have got a rim removal set, socket set and spanner set which covers 3mm-14mm sockets and spanners.

 

Any tips or tricks for removing these would be greatly appreciated such as the best way to approach, which ones to remove first and so on.
